Join Lou Hart for a full 90 minutes of deeply restorative yoga, starting with breathwork to prepare the body for some supported postures with comfortable bolsters and blankets to release tension while building core strength and flexibility. The last 30 minutes is a guided relaxation yoga nidra to allow the body to assimilate all of the new information and calm the central nervous system to prepare for a nourishing nights sleep.
