This 75 minute class is offered for those who prefer to practice in the daytime and are on a tight schedule, but can use a break in the middle of the day to decompress the spine, build core strength and improve flexibility.
Everybody benefits from regular ELDOA practice. This is simply because we are affected by gravity all day long and ELDOA is the only exercise sequence that you can learn to do yourself to decompress the spine and correct functional postural patterns that may be causing back and neck pain.
While anyone will benefit from regular ELDOA practice, we particularly recommend ELDOA for:
• People with postural imbalances such as compression from sitting at a desk most of the day (which decreases blood flow to lumbar spine and hips)
• People with limited range of motion
• People with chronic pain, such as low back, neck, hip, spine etc.
• Members of the athletic community, both recreational and professional
